LOCAL PICKUP NOTICE

We have had an increase of customers attempting to pick up DIY products at our franchise locations. Please keep in mind, orders can only be picked up locally from our Knoxville, TN location. Our franchise locations are not equipped to handle walk in traffic and DIY products cannot be picked up there. Anyone attempting to obtain DIY products from a franchise location will be turned away.

An order must be placed before coming to pick up products at our Knoxville, TN location. We are not able to accomodate walk-in customers. You may pick up your order between 12pm-3pm EST Monday-Friday.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes. However, we happily offer free shipping on all of our products to help resolve this.
