Shipping & Returns


Returns. Please contact us at [email protected] to begin the return process. Unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original quantity may be returned within thirty days (30) of purchase. Shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please obtain a return authorization number, then return to:, 6011 Ridan Drive, Knoxville, TN 37909.

Fulfillment Errors. Sometimes human error occurs in pulling together and packing orders. If we made a mistake we will fix it.  Please contact our Returns Department at [email protected] to let us know.

Exchanges. Please contact us at [email protected] to begin the exchange process. Unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original quantity may be returned for exchange within thirty days (30) of purchase. Shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Keep in mind, the item you wish to exchange with may be out of stock or there could be a wait to receive backordered products.

Merchandise damaged in shipping. See shipping policy for details. Let us know by email at [email protected] or call Customer Service at (865) 659-0390 so we can help you with the process. Please provide photos of damaged merchandise.

Missing Parts or Defects. If you purchase a product from us that arrived in the original manufacturer’s packaging and you discover there are parts missing, the product is damaged, or you received a product that is defective due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship, contact us at [email protected] or call our Customer Service at (865) 659-0390. Rest assured, the products we offer have been selected because they are high quality and their manufacturers provide us (and therefore you) excellent customer service.



Shipping. All products sold on include SHIPPING (up to 7 business days) and TRACKING to the Mainland Lower 48 States only. We coordinate the transportation and delivery of your order through a third-party shipping company (Shipper). Your order may be delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Some purchases (based weight and/or dimensions) and some delivery location require a specialized Shipper. Please call Customer Service at (865) 659-0390 after you receive your Order Confirmation if you know your delivery address presents special circumstances.

Order Fulfillment. All orders will be processed within 2 business days. We only fulfill orders to the Lower 48 United States of America during regular business hours. We do not fulfill international orders or orders to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not fulfill or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Payment. We accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, and All Major Credit Cards. Orders will not ship until payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping Insurance. Dehumidifiers are shipped with insurance and are signature required. All other items are shipped with NO insurance coverage. Insurance may be purchased for an additional charge. Shipping insurance is recommended for any order you cannot afford to lose. If you would like to add shipping insurance or a signature required service for an additional charge, please specify in the note section of your order and someone from our customer service office will contact you to help get the service added. THIS WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL, SEPARATE CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by the Shipper, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

Damage or Loss. Crawl Space Ninja is responsible for your order until it is turned over to the Shipper for delivery. Ownership of packages turned over to the Shipper transfers to the buyer. Liability for your order during shipping and delivery will be transferred to Shipper. Crawl Space Ninja is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. Damage to, or loss of, Orders during shipping will be the liability of Shipper and the remedy will be subject to the policy and procedures of Shipper. Crawl Space Ninja is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the Shipper or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer during checkout. Crawl Space Ninja is not responsible for weather related damage or delays. Once a package is scanned as delivered, it is up to the buyer to contact the Shipper to try to locate the missing package.


- Verify the address you entered was correct.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
- Look around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else (a neighbor or family member) accepted or moved the delivery for safe keeping.
- Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
- Wait 36 hours – some packages are scanned BEFORE delivery. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
- Contact the appropriate Shipper to file a claim.


Delivery. Shipping dates are not guaranteed. The Shipper will provide an expected delivery date that is subject to change. Allow extra time for shipping. Crawl Space Ninja is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer during checkout. Please double check and make sure all information provided is correct. If your package is returned to us, you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for additional shipping charges.

Manufacturer Packaging. will ship all products as the manufacturer packages them. Small, loose, or bulk items may be packed together. Orders will be consolidated and packed for shipment subject to the rules and policies of the Shipper. Your order may come in several packages and through multiple Shippers.

Email Notifications. An email notification will be sent to the buyer’s email address of record provided during checkout or upon becoming a Registered User. Emailed shipping notifications will include the name of the Shipper, the date, pick up time of your shipment, the shipment tracking number as supplied to us by Shipper, and either a web address or phone number you can use to track your shipment. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive these emails in your inbox after placing an order.
