- Overlay Installation – Also known as a surface mount, this installation method secures the door around the opening, similar to a picture frame. This option works best when there is at least 3.5 inches of clearance around the opening on all sides.
Custom Crawl Space Door Ordering Process (Required)
To ensure a smooth and accurate manufacturing process, please follow these steps when placing your order:

Select the Correct Size Range – Purchase the size range that your custom door dimensions will fall under. We cannot proceed with manufacturing without an order being placed.

Complete the Required Form – After placing your order, you must fill out the Custom Door Form (Custom Door Form). This form collects all necessary details for manufacturing your custom crawl space door.

Submit Required Photos – As part of the form, you will be prompted to upload clear photos of your crawl space entry. These photos must include a measuring tape visibly displaying both the width (horizontal) and height (vertical) of the opening.

Confirmation & Manufacturing – Once we receive your completed form, required images, and order confirmation, we will proceed with manufacturing. Your custom crawl space door will be shipped/delivered within 3-5 business days
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees on overlay orders if incorrect measurements were provided. Custom doors are made to specific dimensions and cannot be returned or exchanged.
