These doors are made from high-quality PVC — so there’s nothing to rot, and no metal parts to rust over time.
They’re hinge-free, which means no moving parts to wear out. Instead, they use a simple magnet mount on the inside of the door. This keeps things clean, secure, and low-maintenance with no bulky latch sticking out.
This is the Overlay (or Surface Mount) style, designed to fit around the crawl space opening like a picture frame. Just make sure you’ve got at least 3.5" of clearance around the entire opening.
