It ships with a 10-inch round duct collar for connecting to your duct work. The great thing about this unit is that it was designed to be much quieter than its predecessors.

Aprilaire 080
I went with the 080 over the 070 just for noise. I have a computer workspace 10 ft from the unit and I barely notice when it's running. My crawlspace/ unfinished basement 1750 sqft. is not fully sealed yet with missing plastic in 25%. yet this thing has barely run after the first 3 days . The first 3 day I was getting 3 gal a day. Now I barely get 1 gal. When it runs its on for 3 to 5 min. Super easy to install. Even for an old guy.

Great value for money
This replaced a Santa Fe Classic that died (was installed in my basement). It was just slightly more complicated to install, but still not bad - and much lighter. It was also almost half the cost and is much quieter. It is doing the job great. Crawlspace ninja had this thing shipped and at my door in like two days and followed up w/ instructions. I would highly recommend this product and company (also best price I could find as well).
