Crawl Space Seam Tape
A polyethylene film, single coated with a synthetic rubber pressure sensitive adhesive. This is not your average crawl space vapor barrier seam tape. This 4” 9-mil thick seam tape comes in 180’ (60 yd) long rolls. The color is bright white and is sure to help brighten your crawl space jobs. Our crawl space seam tape is polyethylene backed and single sided. It is great for any crawl space encapsulation or basement waterproofing project.
Waterproof Seam Tape for Crawl Spaces
Crawl Space Ninja Seam Tape is polyethylene film tape manufactured with a superior adhesive compound and intended for use in many applications; such as crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, splicing, color coding, marking and sealing. This tape also offers noticeably better water and weather resistance than traditional crawl space seam tapes. This poly tape is commonly used in the marine, service, and construction industries among others. Poly tapes are frequently used in shrink film and zipper door applications.
Q: How Much Crawl Space Seam Tape Do I Need?
Typically, we recommend 1 roll (4"x180') for every 250 square feet of crawl space. Additionally, if you have support pillars, add 1 additional roll for every four pillars.

It works, it's sticky
1) This works super well. Very maleable. It is tear-able, but it works better if you use scissors to cut it. 2) Listen, if you're tring to cover all the holes and odd corners and shapes in your crawl space, then you need MORE than you think. I wish it weren't so expensive, but if it is what you need to finish the job, get at least an extra roll or two. To be fair, I'm totally an amateur and have likely used more than someone would with more expereince. That said, you still probably need more than you think. And it is good to have extra hanging around should you find or create any additional holes you need to cover up.

Does the job
This tape worked great with the CrawlSpace Ninja 12 mil vapor barrier, and was forgiving enough during installation ... but holds very well when finished! Smoothed it with a plastic scraper.

Great tape
I used to haul new boats and we used this tape to seal seams in the white covers they put on at the factory. It's incredible tape. Good for a lot of uses around the house.
