ninja pro 70
this unit seems to be economical to run and it's quiet. my struggle has been to keep it from running all the time. humidity was very high but once we got down to 60 percent {now its 50} i thought the time between cycling and resting would be longer but often was only 2-3 minutes. the other thing is the humidity readout is consistently higher than the other humidy readings from other devices. [2] usually 8-10 points higher. the first unit was returned because it wasn't moving any water, the second one went right to work but both read consistently higher than the other monitors do if i want to maintain 50 percent i have to set the pro 70 at 50 percent . maybe it's me but that's my experience so far

New Ninja Dehumidifier
So far, it works well in my basement. The touch screen controls are very basic and easy to use. The build quality is good. But, the nylon handle to take the filter out of the frame pulled right off. It was only attached by glue. Overall, I am happy with its performance.

Ninja Pro 70 works amazingly well.
I’m so happy with my new dehu. It removes moisture inside my house quickly, now the walls are not wet to the touch. Rats destroyed my vents under the house so we’re about to replace them. With fall rains, humidity in the house is so thick you can cut it with a butter knife. Tomorrow I’m putting the dehu under the house to dry the space. Upon unboxing I knew it was quality by the weight. It’s fairly quiet just outside my bedroom which is a great feature. So glad I well researched before buying. It’s compact and is on automatic mode. All I have to do is empty the discharge pot. Once below the house, I’ll run a pump to discharge the water. Thanks Mr. Church for creating a quality and affordable product.

New Dehumidifier
As a brand new product, I was somewhat hesitant to purchase it on pre-order. However, it was on sale, and had a higher PPM than other dehumidifiers at that price point. Plus, it has a 5 year warranty, which the others don't. It dropped the humidity level in my 2200 sq ft crawl space by more than 20% in the first day. I wish it had a remote monitor, so I wouldn't have to go under the house to see what humidity it reads. I have an indoor/outdoor temperature and humidity meter from Lowes that I use instead. After 1 month, I'm pleased with it.
